Royall & Company

Royall & Company is an advertising agency in Richmond, Virginia that focuses on college and university admissions. They work with their clients, including some of the best-known undergraduate brand names, on such projects as Search mailings, eSearches, invitation mailings and online applications. Responsibilities included:

• Quality Assurance (QA) testing on a large number of their eSearches and online applications.
• Providing technical feedback to both designers and developers.

In late 2002 Whitlock eBusiness Solutions began the process or changing their marketing efforts and re-branding the company. As part of this process, the website was redesigned. Duties were:

• Reviewing design composites for technical feasibility
• Graphic production and optimization
• HTML, including layers for navigation; CSS; JavaScript and ASP coding
• Quality Assurance testing, including content, as well as cross-platform and browser compatibility
• Maintenance and training of other staff to make regular updates to various sections of the web site.

Since Whitlock eBusiness Solutions was acquired by Ironworks in late 2003, the whitlockebs.com website no longer exists as it was initially built. However, www.whitlockis.com and www.fe-works.com both have used the code I implemented as the base for their new web sites and can be viewed in its place.
